Ice is a 7 month old 9 lb. Pomeranian puppy boy who is an absolute doll!  Like a typical puppy, he loves to play with his furry siblings and get rowdy, but knows when it is time to calm down.  He loves to spend time out in the fenced yard, and will occupy himself with a toy.  Ice likes to stay close to his people, and enjoys going for leash walks and does alright on short car rides.  He is learning to sit, and does the cutest happy dance when excited.  This Pom puppy is doing well with house training, and will need to learn basic commands.  Ice is fostering in New Jersey, and would like a home with parents who are mostly at home.

Tessa is a sweet 7 month old Boston Terrier French Bulldog mix puppy.  She is enthusiastic, loves to play with people, and will sit on your lap forever!  She is a beautiful puppy with the absolute most adorable face.  Weighing about 12 lbs., Tessa likes to go for long walks and rides nicely in cars.  Tessa needs someone who can be with her most of the day and provide the basic training and exercise she desires.  She is beginning to understand house training and will need a stay at home person to continue her lessons.  Tessa likes other dogs, but as a playful puppy she is always up for a good game which older or quieter dogs may object to.  Give Tessa a home and she will give you her heart forever!  This Boston Frenchie puppy girl is fostering in the Northeast.

Are you looking for a sweet lap dog?  Abby is a 4 - 6 yr. old Shih Tzu who weighs just 8 1/2 lbs.  This beautiful tiny girl is very calm, quiet and shy and loves to sit with her human.  She needs somebody who understands her timidness, and is willing to give her the time and love she deserves.  She will flourish in a quiet household with another small dog who she can learn social skills from, and a person who she can spend cuddle time with.  Abby is learning to walk with a leash and potty outside or will use puppy pads.  She must continue her house training and stay on a regular schedule.  This pretty Shih Tzu is fostering in the Northeast.

Trixie Lou is a sweet and lovable 6 yr. old Shih Tzu.  She enjoys her toys and spending time with her furry foster siblings.  She does well while leash walking, and runs to the big bed when it's sleepy time.  Trixie is working on house training, and will need to continue her lessons.  A home with other small dogs and no cats would be best.  This pretty Tzu lady is fostering in Florida and would like a mostly stay at home person.

Meet Chase Mutley, a sweet 6 yr. old Maltese who weighs 7 lbs. He loves to go for walks on the leash and car rides, and is almost totally house trained. Chase Mutley loves humans very much, and would do well as an only pet. He is a bit of an alpha dog, but would do alright with another small non-dominant pal. This adorable boy came into rescue when his family could no longer care for him, and has a great temperament. Chase Mutley the Maltese is fostering in PA.

Tia is a 6 yr. old Shih Tzu who weighs 15 lbs.  She came into rescue from a breeder, and can be a little shy at first.  She's a very gentle soul who is well mannered and loves cuddles.  Tia loves to have all her toys nearby.  She is doing well with house training, and would like a home with a small dog pal and a fenced yard.  This pretty Shih Tzu is fostering in the Mid-Atlantic.

Emmy is a 2 yr. old Shih Tzu who had a rough start before coming into rescue from a breeder. Her coat is filling in and she's looking just beautiful!  So far she has mastered potty pads, treats and trips to the groomer. She is a curious lady, although not fond of the outdoors so a person who is willing to use puppy pads would be best. She loves her toys and sleeping in the big bed, but she is still a bit unsure of men although doing better each day. She does well with other small gentle dogs, and would do best in a quiet adult home.   She requires placement with an experienced dog owner. My name is Sookie, and I'm a 5 yr. old Shih Tzu girl.  I came into rescue from a breeder, and was afraid at first but have quicly learned how nice it is to be in a house with lots of love and attention.  I'm so excited to have a second chance, and I now realize how nice it is to be held and have somebody say sweet things to me.  I love squeak toys and I'm nicely house trained when kept on a schedule.  I would love an adult home with another small dog, and a person who can give me lots of cuddles.  Sookie the Shih Tzu is fostering in North Carolina, and ready for her own home.

Wendy is a young female Yorkshire Terrier who weighs 13 lbs. She loves to be held and cuddled, although she can be a bit shy just at first. She likes staying close by, and will be your little shadow. Wendy does well with house training as long as she's taken out often. This pretty Yorkie gets along well with other dogs, and is fostering in Florida.

Sadie is a 6 yr. old Shih Tzu lady who weighs about 9 lbs.  She came into rescue from a breeder, and is slowly warming up to people.  She will need a patient and loving home with humans who understand her past.  Sadie enjoys playing with toys and other dogs, and would benefit from a docile furry sibling.  Sadie will continue working on house training, and loves to explore in a fenced yard.  This pretty Shih Tzu is fostering in Florida.

Mandy is a 3 yr. old Shih Tzu lady who weighs 21 lbs. She came into rescue from a breeder, and is starting to warm up nicely. She can be timid at first, and enjoys the company of other dogs and adults. Mandy would do best in a quiet adult home with a fenced yard and another small pup to pal around with. She seems to be nicely housetrained and is an excellent leash walker, and is fostering in the Northeast.

Tony is a 4 year old Shih Tzu boy who weighs 16 lbs.  This little guy was very timid at first and still is uneasy with men or loud noises.  He is getting much better and working very hard on his house training.  Tony likes other dogs, and plays with toys and is very vocal about letting you know when he wants something such as food.  Since Tony came from a breeder, he is still learning to be familiar with the great outdoors. Tony would do best in a quiet adult household with another dog for him to continue learning new skills from.  This Shih Tzu boy is fostering in west central Florida and would make a wonderful companion.

Willie is a sweet and quiet 10 yr. old Maltese boy who weighs 7 1/2 lbs.  Although he is blind, he gets around amazingly well and loves staying close to his people.  He'll quickly find his way in a new place, and gets along very well with small dogs.  Willie is nicely house trained, and enjoys spending time outside so a home with a fenced yard would be ideal.  Willie the Maltese would like a mostly stay-at-home person in a quiet adult home.  He is fostering in New England, and waiting for his forever home.

Bo is a tiny, beautiful shy little Chihuahua who is about 5 yrs. old and weighs only 4 lbs.  He has wonderful manners, asks to be picked up for cuddles, and likes to lounge on the sofa with his people. Bo loves to play with other dogs his size, and is a nice car rider and big bed sleeper.  This little guy needs to be YOUR world, and loved like a baby!  His foster mom says he's pure enjoyment, and would do best in a calm and quiet household.  Bo the Chihuahua is house trained, and fostering in the Northeast.

Ellie is a 6 year old Shih tzu who was released into rescue by a breeding facility.    She is a very sweet, gentle little lady who is gradually coming out of her shell, and turning into a happy, playful member of her foster family.    Weighing about 12 pounds, she is just the right size for cuddling.    At first unsure of the kindness of humans, she has learned to take treats from her family’s hand, come when called, and relax in a dog bed.    Ellie would love to find a quiet furever family willing to show her what it means to be loved.     She is working on house training and doing well.    Ellie has the sweetest soul.    She is a very healthy girl who simply needs TLC.    You will wonder what you ever did without her!    Ellie is fostering in the Southeast.

Brandon is an adorable 2 yr. old 14 lb. Shih Tzu boy who loves the outdoors, playing and going for walks.  He would make a wonderful only pup for an adult home or one with older children.  Brandon loves going for car rides and will play for hours with other dogs as long as they are not dominant.  This Shih Tzu is very affectionate, and has a gentle loving side although he is still very much a puppy.  He is nicely house trained, or will use puppy pads if he must.  If you are looking for a loyal, energetic and loving companion then Brandon is your boy!  Brandon the Shih Tzu is fostering in New Jersey.

This is Kipper, a 10 year old Shih Tzu boy whose owner would no longer care for him.  At 14 pounds with a beautiful cottony coat, he is the perfect gentleman who is so handsome and perfectly well mannered.  He needed a great deal of dental care, and is now a strong, healthy boy.
